Thursday 07th - Amsterdam Rest Day
- Freshly baked Sourdough from our lovely host.
- Laundry courtesy of our lovely host.
- Nema’s birthday, went to spend the day in town with him and Tine.
- Dutch food / croquettes / deli / apple pie, the full tour de Amst.
- Wine at bar centraal just Jayboy and I - Tine left us the keys to the apartment as she went home to her parents. The host w/ the most. Tine if you’re reading - we won’t forget your kindness.
Pas op! Trying some serious Dutch delicacies. It was a day of culinary touring, far preferable over cycle touring.
On the left you have fried balls and on the right you have fried logs.
Sandwich number one, peppercorn salami and rocket and nothing else.
Sandwich number two, ham, tomato, rocket, egg well done, pickles and cheese.
Front row seats at the major league. DE-FENSE! DE-FENSE!
