Sunday 10th - Rain Day
- hostel breakfast
- Rode to zuidbroek and caught in the rain at Aldi
- Rode through the rain for a couple of hours
- Entered Germany - Country #5 about time….
- Stopped for a beer in Weener
- More riding in the rain to Leer
- Jewish YMCA type thing put us up.
- Seems like our tiredness is exasperated by drinking and a lack of quality sleep
A lot of people eating Dutch Breakfast (above left) at the Hostel. A warning sign that we didn't know we needed. Good thing we'd be out of this chocolate sprinkle country later this afternoon.
Oh nice, just raining all fucking morning.
Rain didn't let up, but there's nothing abortion podcasts can't carry you through.
Soggy doggy.
Flugel! We took a moment to think about Pietro and Anton, our fallen brethren. We'd motor on to Germany to the national birthplace of Anton as a tribute of all things passed and all to come.
Mind over matter. We had reached country number five.
So had the rain though.
